Mushroom Coffee (or in our case), Mushroom Latte mix, is simply a blend of mushrooms and caffeine extracted from coffee beans. In some cases mushrooms will be mixed into ground coffee beans.
What are the health benefits of mushroom coffee?
Mushrooms are adaptogenic and provide vital support to the good bacteria in your digestive system making it an incredible way to increase diversified gut flora, relieve inflammation, and stabilize digestion.
How much caffeine is in Mind Glow?
Mind Glow has 100 mg caffeine per serving (and 12 servings per bag). In contrast, the average cup of coffee has anywhere between 60 - 120 mg per cup!
Does it taste like mushrooms?
Surprisingly, no. Although there are more mushrooms than anything else in each serving, the flavor profile is cacao & cacao.

How do you prepare it?
Mind Glow is best prepared by pouring 1 scoop into hot milk or water and adding your favorite sweetener and cream!
