We have been trying all local roasters since buying our espresso machine and have been disappointed time and again. I found Wildflower through an IG follow and I am SO pleased! No, I’m not supporting local, but I am supporting small business, ethically sourced, and toxin clean coffee. And to find an espresso roast that tastes dark without being burnt has been harder than you’d think. Rainforest was lighter, but Black Velvet is perfect for our tastes. My husband has commented multiple
times how I’m using the Breville so much more often since finding wildflower coffee. Highly recommend.
